Practical Application

This project focuses on the redesign of the Instructor Course (IC) at the Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE). Following the identification of performance gaps among newly assigned faculty, a comprehensive instructional design approach was applied to modernize the curriculum, integrate digital and inclusive teaching strategies, and better align the course with the evolving demands of military education.
